※What's the difference between "Kimono" and "Yukata"?
A kimono is more formal than a Yukata. The fabric is thicker. Yukata is more casual and lighter. The locals wear Yukata for the summer festival. For this experience, we provide a Kimono from October to March, a Yukata from April to September.

Duration:
Fitting time 15-30mins per person
The starting time is flexible between 10am and noon. 
Return the dress by 5pm to the shop.

Please note that we have only one staff at the shop. It will take time to dress up for a big group.

Itinerary

Step 1: Welcome & Selection (15 min)
Arrive at our shop and choose your favorite Kimono or Yukata from our wide collection. Our staff will help you find the perfect color and pattern to match the season.

Step 2: Professional Dressing (20 min)
Our expert stylists will dress you in your chosen attire using traditional techniques, ensuring a comfortable and elegant fit for your walk.

Step 3: Styling & Accessories (10 min)
Complete your look with a matching Obi (belt), traditional bag, and Zori (sandals). Optional hair styling is available upon request.

Step 4: Explore Kagoshima (Free Time)
Step out into the city! Enjoy sightseeing at your own pace. We recommend visiting Sengan-en Garden or taking photos with Sakurajima in the background.

Step 5: Return (by 5:00 PM)
Return to the shop by the designated time to change back into your clothes. We hope you leave with beautiful photos and lasting memories!

If you would like to cancel due to the weather, please let us know two days in advance.
If the experience is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, a notice will be sent by email before 6 PM (JST) 1 day prior to the tour. The guests will be able to reschedule/choose an alternative day or the tour fee paid will be fully refunded.
