The location is in the heart of Kagoshima city. The area is surrounded by historical buildings. Join your family or friends to have a special moment! You may walk with an English-speaking guide to learn Meiji Restoration and Japanese modernization. That started from Kagoshima 150 years ago!

※What's the difference between "Kimono" and "Yukata"?
Kimono is more formal than Yukata. The fabric is thicker. Yukata is more casual and lighter. The locals wear Yukata for summer festival. For this experience, we provide Kimono from October to March, Yukata from April to September.

*Please note that it will take around one week to share the data of your photos

Duration:
Fitting time 15-30mins per person
Starting timing is flexible between 10am to noon. 
Return the dress by 5pm at the shop.

Meeting Point:
Terukuni Shrine (MAP)

Minimum 2 to Maximum 8
Please note that we have only one staff at the shop. It will take time to dress up for a big group.

Itinerary

Meet your staff at the gate of Terukuni Shrine. She takes you to the shop. Choose your Kimono/ Yukata from her rental collection. 

Enjoy your time in Kimono/ Yukata in Kagoshima.

Please return your dress by 5pm. If you need to change again at the shop, please let us know what time you will be back at the shop.
