Do you want to explore the nightlife of Kagoshima City more deeply but are not sure where to go? Leave it to us, with this fun and exciting nightlife experience tour.

This is the trial project of Kagoshima-city for visitors coming from outside of Japan. The tour price is special for a limited time.

Highlight

• Experience ‘’Daiyame’’ the local drinking culture and with your guide, learn everything about SHOCHU, our local “spirits”

Escorted by a local English-speaking guide, your “Tomodachi” (Friend in Japanese), you will have the amazing opportunity to feel the atmosphere of 3 different Izakaya/ bars while meeting the locals. 

First, let us take you to “Meizan’’, a deep and unique part of the city that is full of history. 

Then your “Tomodachi” will take you to “Tenmonkan '', Kagoshima’s busiest nightlife area. 

During the tour, you will not only try out & learn about the best ways to enjoy our special Kagoshima spirits, SHOCHU but you will also discover some special appetizers such as “miso peanuts” and savour Japanese local cuisine with a light meal.

Itinerary

6pm
Join us at Kagoshima City Hall and meet your guide 

6:10 pm
Let us take you to our first destination. Through a drink and in a nice atmosphere, your ‘tomodachi’ will let you know about the tour, the area and Kagoshima’s culture. 

7:20 pm
Let’s head to our second spot! There you will enjoy not only a drink,  but also share some local specialties served as small dishes as we do in Japan! 

8:30 pm
Last but not least, your ‘tomodachi’ will guide you to our third spot for a post-dinner drink. 

9:00 pm
It’s time to say goodbye! But you may ask your guide for more places to discover! We hope to see you again in Kagoshima :)
