1. Farming & Agricultural Experience (農業体験)
Get your hands dirty and connect with the earth! Depending on when you visit, you can try your hand at harvesting seasonal vegetables or fruits, planting seeds, or even experiencing traditional rice planting (June) and harvesting (October). Feel the deep satisfaction of gathering fresh ingredients straight from the fields.

2. Traditional Cooking & Sweet-Making Experience (料理体験)
Discover the unique culinary heritage of Kagoshima. You can learn how to bake local treats like Fukure-gashi (a fluffy, traditional steamed cake), wrap aromatic Kesen-dango (dumplings wrapped in cinnamon leaves), or mash Nettabo (sweet potato mochi). Other popular options include making buckwheat noodles (Soba) from scratch or crafting artisanal fruit jams.

3. Farm Life & Local Culture Experience (その他農家の生活体験)
Relax and soak in the peaceful lifestyle of a Japanese home. Kagoshima is one of Japan's premier tea-producing regions. Depending on the season, you can experience fresh green tea leaf picking (April–July), roast your own Hojicha (roasted green tea), or learn the art of brewing the perfect cup. You can also enjoy a heartwarming farm-style lunch made with freshly harvested local ingredients.

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing that you don't mind getting a little dirty, as we will be walking through farm fields.

If you would like to cancel due to the weather, please let us know two days in advance.
If the experience is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, a notice will be sent by email before 6 PM (JST) 1 day prior to the tour. The guests will be able to reschedule/choose an alternative day or the tour fee paid will be fully refunded.
