Join us for the Japanese calligraphy experience!

Learn the art of Japanese and calligraphy from a master calligrapher through a brief lesson. Immerse yourself in the experience of creating a unique piece of art that serves as a one-of-a-kind souvenir.

Write your favorite letters on a folding fan, or Japanese traditional paper called "WA-SHI". You can choose your favorite words such as "love-愛", "peace-平和", or if you want to write your name in Japanese letters, we are here for you!

Itinerary

Meet the calligraphy master at the site. We will show you a short instruction video. Then, you will make your own ink using an inkstone. After some writing lessons, you will have the opportunity to write your favorite words on a foldable fan or traditional Japanese paper. Choose words from the provided text or feel free to ask us if you would like to write your name or any special words in Japanese.
